Appointment Cancellation Policy
1. Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments Patients are allowed to cancel or reschedule their appointments without incurring any fees, provided they do so at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
2. Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours) If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, regardless of the reason for cancellation , the patient will be required to pay the full cost of the appointment.
3. No-Shows In cases where a patient does not attend their appointment and fails to provide prior notice, the full fee for the appointment will be charged.
4. Notification Methods Cancellations or changes to appointments must be communicated via email or through the online booking system ( shapecarereservation@gmail.com ).
