‬†Appointment Cancellation Policy‬â€
1.‬†Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments‬†Patients are allowed to cancel or reschedule their appointments without‬†incurring any fees, provided they do so at least 48 hours in advance of the‬†scheduled appointment.‬â€
2.‬†Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours)‬†If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the‬†scheduled time,‬†regardless of the reason for cancellation‬†,‬†the patient will‬†be required to pay the full cost of the appointment.‬â€
3.‬†No-Shows‬†In cases where a patient does not attend their appointment and fails to‬†provide prior notice, the full fee for the appointment will be charged.‬â€
4.‬†Notification Methods‬†Cancellations or changes to appointments must be communicated via email‬†or through the online booking system (‬†shapecarereservation@gmail.com‬†).‬â€
