‬‭ Appointment Cancellation Policy‬‭

 

1.‬‭ Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments‬‭ Patients are allowed to cancel or reschedule their appointments without‬‭ incurring any fees, provided they do so at least 48 hours in advance of the‬‭ scheduled appointment.‬‭

 

2.‬‭ Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours)‬‭ If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the‬‭ scheduled time,‬‭ regardless of the reason for cancellation‬‭ ,‬‭ the patient will‬‭ be required to pay the full cost of the appointment.‬‭

 

3.‬‭ No-Shows‬‭ In cases where a patient does not attend their appointment and fails to‬‭ provide prior notice, the full fee for the appointment will be charged.‬‭

 

4.‬‭ Notification Methods‬‭ Cancellations or changes to appointments must be communicated via email‬‭ or through the online booking system (‬‭ shapecarereservation@gmail.com‬‭ ).‬‭
