Invoices Policy
​
1. Invoices are issued 10–15 days after the end of each month and cover all visits completed during that month.
​
2. To receive an invoice, the patient is required to submit a valid prescription/referral.
​
3. The prescription must be sent together with the name of the insurance provider.
4. Invoices are issued only after all required documents have been received.
5. Invoices are sent to the email address provided by the patient.
6. Based on the issued invoice, the patient may request reimbursement directly from their insurance provider.
