Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation Policy‬ †1.‬†Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments‬ †Patients are allowed to cancel or reschedule their appointments without‬ †incurring any fees, provided they do so at least 48 hours in advance of the‬ †scheduled appointment.‬ †2.‬†Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours)‬ †If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the‬ †scheduled time,‬†regardless of the reason for cancellation‬†,‬†the patient will‬ †be required to pay the full cost of the appointment.‬ †3.‬†No-Shows‬ †In cases where a patient does not attend their appointment and fails to‬ †provide prior notice, the full fee for the appointment will be charged.‬ †4.‬†Notification Methods‬ †Cancellations or changes to appointments must be communicated via email‬ †or through the online booking system (‬†shapecarereservation@gmail.com‬†).‬ †5.‬†Thank You for Your Cooperation‬ †This policy ensures the efficient organization of our schedule and fair access‬ †to appointment slots for all patients. Thank you for your understanding.‬ The duration of the appointment is counted from the moment you enter the treatment room until the moment you leave it.
